The Centre for Community Based Research developed the tools and resources for this website in partnership with the Evaluation Capacity Network (ECN).

Our approach to evaluation is community-driven, participatory and action-oriented. It mobilizes people to participate as full and equal members of society
CCBR has completed 70+ projects related to immigrants & refugees and cultural diversity in Canada. CCBR regularly partners with refugee and immigrant serving organizations on program evaluations.

CCBR is a non-profit housed at Conrad Grebel University (in the Kindred Centre for Peace Advancement) on the University of Waterloo Campus.

The ECN, housed within the Community-University Partnership at the University of Alberta, is a program of research that builds collaborations among evaluation institutions and organizations. The ECN is a central point of contact for partners to access evaluation expertise, resources, education, and networks.
The ECN aims to:

Increase cross-sector conversations to bridge funder and agency perspectives on evaluation
